2. Products
We supply physical Shivling and related puja items for home worship, spiritual practice, and temple use. Their religious significance is a matter of individual faith. We do not promise any medical, financial, astrological, or personal result from using a product.
Many items are made from natural stone. Colour, grain, texture, lines, shape, and natural markings can differ from photographs and from one piece to another. Such variations are normal and are not defects.
3. Product details, price and availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide correct product details, photographs, sizes, and prices. However, stock, prices, and specifications may change without notice. Product images are representative and may not show the exact piece supplied.
All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery, packing, or other charges may apply separately. An enquiry or order request is accepted only after we confirm availability, specification, address, and payment details.
4. Orders and payment
Orders may be placed through the website or the contact methods made available by us. We may verify an order before dispatch.
Available payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, online prepaid payment, or Cash on Delivery where eligible. COD availability depends on product, order value, courier serviceability, and destination. We may refuse a payment method when needed for operational reasons.
5. Shipping and delivery
We deliver within India and may consider international orders where possible. Delivery dates are estimates; courier delays, weather, transport disruptions, or customs procedures can affect them. Tracking details may be shared after dispatch when available.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for destination-country import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and local requirements.
6. Damage, replacement and cancellation
Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If it is damaged, take clear photos or an opening video and contact us within 24 hours with the order details.
After verification, a replacement may be considered for transit damage, a wrong item, or a substantial defect present on delivery. Natural stone variation, a change of mind, or personal preference does not normally qualify for a return or refund.
Cancellation should be requested before dispatch. Once an item has been handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible. Any approved refund or replacement will be handled according to the applicable return/refund policy.
7. Customer responsibility
Customers must provide the correct name, phone number, full address, PIN code, and product specification. We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
8. Website use and content
Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful software, or copy and use our written content, photographs, branding, or other materials for commercial purposes without permission.
We may update, suspend, or change the website, product information, or these Terms when required. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
9. Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, Deepika Shivling Art is not liable for indirect losses, courier delays, customer-provided errors, technical interruptions, events outside our control, or individual religious expectations. Where liability is legally established, it will normally be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh.
